As a roll hunter in Canada, I come across alot of american pennies in the rolls.

My question is, what are the different year/mint mark combos I should be looking for in the shield cents?

I currently have..

2010-D
2011
2011-D

am I missing any?

That is the current normal design, there were Philadelphia ( no mint mark) and Denver circulation strikes in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Proofs with the "S" mint mark are also available from the mint and in coin stores, you won't find them in circulation though.

2010 was the first year for this new, ongoing design.

That's right, and 2008 was the last year of the Lincoln Memorial reverse. 2009 was the 200th anniversary of Lincoln's birth and had 4 special reverses that year.
