What To Do If Item Was Never Received?

murrellington Pillar of the Community United States 3276 Posts	Posted 07/26/2012 12:58 pm I bought something on ebay, not coins, but I never received it. Tracking number says that it was delivered, but it is nowhere in sight. It was supposedly delivered about a week ago. Who takes a loss here? Because neither of us are really at fault. Id go down to the post office with the tracking info and see what you can find out and then call ebay and see what they say. I sent an email to the company, then went and talked to my post office. It was never found but the company refunded the payment Report this Post to the Staff
