I bought something on ebay, not coins, but I never received it. Tracking number says that it was delivered, but it is nowhere in sight. It was supposedly delivered about a week ago. Who takes a loss here? Because neither of us are really at fault.

Well he would be at fault if he put the wrong address on it. Id go down to the post office with the tracking info and see what you can find out and then call ebay and see what they say. They may just go ahead and pay for it themselves if its not that expensive

It was like less than $15. It was some fish oil pills. I'll see what I can do, thanks for the help.

At least it wasnt expensive. Something that cheap ebay will probably just take the hit to keep everyone happy.

Good luck

Should contact ebay and buyer right away when you didn't receive item. I read another post in CCF that buyer was reimburse from eBay/Paypal.

I had won an auction for a token, and it was shipped and "delivered" somewhere. I sent an email to the company, then went and talked to my post office. It was never found but the company refunded the payment
