As mentioned in a previous thread, I purchased this coin from bjimperials on ebay. The patina is very intriguing and the cost was extremely low. I have since attributed the coin as an Iberian Semis struck at Castulo Spain in the late 1st century BC, Burgos 897:

REV: Bull right, crescent above, two Phoenicial letters below

my frist thought was kermit the frog on the reverse...

For me this coin is not a candidate for cleaning, I like it just the way it is. I love this kind of patina (not really patina I know). Here is the cleaned version of a similar coin (not mine):

I like the geometric style of the first coin--it makes it distinctive.
