This is an odd one (to me). there is not a scratch on the back, or any indents, and the cent is slightly bent. What would cause this?

Are those blobs on the obverse rims indents or are they sticking out? Raised?

If they are raised and sticking out you have some pretty neat Cuds there.

There are raised, but mostly indented. Really strange to me how the reverse could be unscathed if this were a 'post mint error'...?

If I found raised on the rim to be consider Cud,I also look on the edge if have a bump or dent if it is smooth or undamaged,I will presume a Cud,nice pennies you have penny bright.

That coin is damaged - a vise, pliars, something damaged it. That is not a Cud, not a mint error.
