This one is still in the process of being cleaned, but I am hoping to get some help with the ID. The obverse appears to be a bust that I have not seen for Constantius II. However, it has the fallen horseman reverse (which looks better in hand than in my pic). The mint mark appears to be "TSSIS," but I might be wrong about this. Any help would be appreciated!

More likely Constantius Gallus from Thessalonica Mint

No doubt about it being Constantius Gallus. I think I see NOB on the obverse.
