Looks to be a london obverse IMO. Am I seeing things wrong?

Somebody needs glasses.
So do I as I once paid waaay too much for a '31 dropped 1 on ebay thinking it was an Indian, but it was just the usual English obverse with a less than high res image (painful lesson, now I check everything carefully before I bid).

I actually sent this seller a message whilst the listing was going, and told him it was an London obverse,Obviously did't do anything about it.
