The 5 has what looks like MD but maybe it's doubled? There are three clash areas. What do you all think? Thanks for looking. John1

All of the inner loops of the 1-cent coins from the 1950s, including the Elizabeth years, look like that. It is not doubling. Here is a nice example of MDD on the '952' of the date, and a die clash. Note that while the doubling is to the southeast, the inner loop of the 5 is still the same as your coin.

Wow that's a nice coin! I have better clashes on some 1947, but nothing that compares to that on a 1952... and that's without even mentioning the double 952, great find :)
