hansy76 New Member Australia 12 Posts	Posted 08/05/2012 08:52 am Poll Question I have a $100 CS96744827 a $50 VG95868441 and a $50 JC978505582 and a $50 with a prefix BH06066066 they are in good condition I have know idea if any of these notes are worth anything,i haven't got a clue I just found them in my wallet a few days ago,my father has many more which I will add also.I appreciate if someone could help me regarding these notes. I have asked the moderators to move this from the ancients forum to the Australian forum where it will attract more attention. The $100 note is a test note and unless its UNC its probably only worth $100. I got one on Thursday and spent it. The VG95 $50 is a harder note. The value depends completely on the grade. Same goes for the JC97. The $50 BH06 066 066 is a repeater. I collect them $5, $10 and $20 repeaters, not because theyre worth anything but just because I like them. $50 is too much for me to put into a note like that. If it is in really nice condition it might be worth a bit of a premium to someone. Can you take some pictures for us? Scanners are great for notes. Sap Moderator Australia 16842 Posts	Posted 08/05/2012 09:24 am The second prefix is a "repeater" (066 066) with a bonus extra 06 in the date-code, making it a long binary note as well, so may be worth a premium; it's a keeper, if you can afford to keep a $50. The third $50 seems to have an extra serial number; there should only be eight numerals, you've given us nine. And next time, click the "New Topic" link rather than the "New Poll" link. CS96 is a last prefix test note VG95 is a last prefix JC97 is also a last prefix All of these notes would command a premium depending on the condition. hansy76 New Member Australia 12 Posts	Posted 08/06/2012 07:26 am I was lucky and I know nothing about polymer notes it was my father who mentioned it to me,i told him what I had laying around in my wallet and some savings and he told me to post them,ive got many more notes $14000 worth of $50 and $100 polymer,but have got know idea what they are what they mean and if any are of value.Plenty of threepence coins aswell about 100 of them mainly 1921 and 1942,1951,1953,1954 and some low teens.Know idea what they mean either.
