Don't just reduce the size of the scan. You will need to use the image optimizer provided by CCF. When you hit reply to topic you will see a link to it near the upload photos link. Once you have opened the optimizer load the original image and it will reduce the size to <100kb without reducing the quality. The photo you have posted unfortunately is way to small to see anything.

Also it would be a good idea to stop hitting new topic, instead hitting reply to topic to one of the other topics youve already created with the same title
