I'm finding it so hard to upload my pictures of what notes I have got, telling me it's to big.I scan the note from the printer onto my picture jpeg then save it,then when I try to upload the image with what comments I have it keeps saying way to big.It is so easy to do but I can't seem to do it,so easy but frustrating for me.

Hi Hansy76,

to CCF.

If you use the free image optimiser software that is available (should be a link on your screen) this will allow you to shrink your image so that it will upload.

Try changing the DPI setting when scanning. A lower number will make a smaller picture.
The other option is to open in a graphics program and resize the picture.
In mspaint (included with windows).
Open the picture
Select "image" on the menu
Select "stretch/skew"
and change "horizontal" and "vertical"
for example changing both horizontal and vertical to 50% will make the picture about a 1/4 of the size.

The image optimizer works well. Not that it really matters but instead of creating a new topic each time you post you can click on one of the topics you have already created about this subject and then hit reply to topic. It will allow the conversation to carry on in one place. Much easier to follow for everyone I think
