MS-60 RMP?
I did this set of Silver dimes all in blast white MS a couple years back.
Decent series and easy to find MS coins for little money.

I see something going on with the S also- S over D perhaps? I would guess MS66-67, very high end coin, with few detracting marks.

Well, it is MS65. Obverse is probably an MS66. I love the coin, and the fact that it is one of a handful of my pieces featured on coinfacts.
