You won't even have a burden of proof. Trust me, buyers can do whatever they want on ebay with impunity. I had a buyer say an outright lie about a pictured coin I sold, which was so obviously unture from the picture it was funny. They won the case of coarse, took my money away, and never bothered to send me back the coin. Now try getting money back as a seller and expect to have many a phone conversations/arguments with the resolution staff. Sorry to turn this into an ebay rant (god I hate that company), but if you are having second thoughts about your coin, you have options Report this Post to the Staff
