MS-64 RD.....theres that speck by the date on the obverse and another above the 'S' in states on the reverse. If not for those two, I'd go MS-65RD.

I would say MS-63 RD (because of the carbon spots), however there is no telling what the SEGS Slab states. Really nice though!

Carbon spots are on the coin.
Makes me sick as they didn't show in the sellers pics.

well, you could always open a case against the seller saying they didn't describe the coin you got. You won't even have a burden of proof. Trust me, buyers can do whatever they want on ebay with impunity. I had a buyer say an outright lie about a pictured coin I sold, which was so obviously unture from the picture it was funny. They won the case of coarse, took my money away, and never bothered to send me back the coin. Now try getting money back as a seller and expect to have many a phone conversations/arguments with the resolution staff. Sorry to turn this into an ebay rant (god I hate that company), but if you are having second thoughts about your coin, you have options

I will probably just keep it as it didn't run me a whole lot of cash and the spots aren't too distracting.

I think this might make MS-64 RD.

Great coin! One of my 8 empty Lincoln spots is a 31 S. I'd love to have that one!
Hope to have my 8 spots filled shortly...

I'm going to say solid MS64RD as well.

ummm....you need to get the spots off the coin. They will just keep growing.
Nice coin...I wish it did not have the spots either.

For those with experience. Do you think the spots would keep it from crossing over to a problem free PCGS slab?

Why wouldn't it? I'm going to guess that is a SEGS slab it's in now.

Just hoping they wouldn't label it environmental damage.
