i think I have the small date correct, but would like confirmation.
i also have a question about what is going on on the inside loop of the 9 and the 6 (second image). it really dosen't look like Machine Doubling (to me), but it also does not look like anything I can match it with on coppercoins site. opinions are appreciated. thanks.

You certainly have a small date. I really don't know what's going on with the numerals. Nice close up shots.

I took a previous post by a member and altered his/her photo with the criteria by which I judge a 1960 / 1960-D Small Date.

The top of 9 appearing lower than the top of the 1 is how I tell. If they look about even or the 9 is higher, it is Large Date. Supposedly the direction of 9's upper curl, more toward the center of the 6 than it's bottom is another, but I find this less reliable than the 1-9 top test.

The mark on the 6 is on all small dates for this year.
