Very strange looking coin, it appears to have several strange errors. Can anyone explain what all this is, so that I have a clear description?

Looks normal to me. Late die state creating metal flow lines.

The dies that struck this coin were seriously deteriorated. Theres also a die crack through the RUZ of CRUZEIROS. All normal occurances as the dies nears retirment.
