I see a slight notch on the bottom right of the T & Y but it is very minor.

I see some extra thickness there, but would probably not be interested in listing it unless there was something else on the coin adding to its character - like the same extra thickness showing in the bust or on the date. Just as a slightly thick "TY" - there's just not enough.
