The picture is way to blurry to tell anything, but It may be the normal design. I checked my 2012 cents, and they and the 2011's seem to have a "dentlike" area on the lower right side of the coat. 2010 and earlier do not have this. So I'm guessing it is a minor design change starting in 2011. Compare your 2012 to a 2011, and if they look the same, that's probably what it is.
