I was wondering if anyone knew the year the treasury started minting silver proofs of modern Roosevelt's?

The first I can see is 1992.

Thanks,
Terry McManus

That is inteesting. I mean that the Red Book notes all the one that are Silver from 92 on but does not stipulate the ones in the past are Silver. Possibly since they made both clad and Silver from 92 on, it is necesssary to stipulate the differences in values.
