I think they are more likely to find the several tonnes of nazi gold that went missing...

Apparently a group of them burried it in the forrest and one of them came back and moved it into the mountains before he was put on trial for war crimes. They have been doing extensive geo-physics looking for it all (several pallettes of gold bars)though there is sketchy evidence that it was put somewhere quite in-excessable.

I havent heard anything recently but there are people who know it exists and are hunting since the people who knew its location are all long dead.

This other stuff I don't know, but if Roosevelt failed all that time ago I wouldn't hold out much hope.

Has anyone done any research on the find by those guys with robot hooked up to a particle scan filter system? It was a while ago and these eggheads had this machine built as well as the computer program to identify precious metals by the 1/10000 thousands in the air.

They already had a Spanish map which was fairly general as to the location, so they headed into the area and cruised around with the machine and a laptop. It must have been really cool for the locals to watch this, especially when it was dug up.

Residents of Robinson Crusoe Island shared the find with them afterwards, it was quite the haul, but EVERYONE wanted a piece of the hoard.

If they find it then it will quickly help to drop the gold and silver markets like a rock.
