Probably MS-61. Fields look clean and no rim bumps.

At the top of your text you will see the following: The third icon from the left is the edit button. It has a pencil on it. Compare this picture to your post. Note that the other posts do not contain this icon. That is because you can only edit your own post.

K, thanks matthewvincent. I'd like to get larger pictures, but it only puts them on that size, because the pictures were originally 3.8 and 3.9 mb, respectively. And gem 65 is not correct when you have scratches in front of the face, on the cheek, and a scratch under the eye, am I right on that?

Quote: gem 65? this is how horrible evaluations "guesses" can be when the photo's are unclear.... Guess there's no point in grading any coins posted in photos then. The photos provided make the coin look clean and 65, one mark below eye and light abrasion in the field. Not sure how anyone would grade a coin that looks that clean less than 65. WJeeda, if you want a close evaluation on a grade then you'll have to post multiple photos at different angles so everything in the fields can be seen.

Here's a few more pictures, try to show if any defaults... Well, figured out how to work the pictures to make them large, that'll help!! Hopefully these help, ask for more. May need opposite angle for Morgan, plus reverse.

would it be worth it to send it to pcgs or ngc to have it graded? I could send it through a dealer, but how much would a dealer charge? should be cheaper, since they can send it along with the rest of their coins, right?

Don't worry, I'm not commenting just so people tell me what grade it might be; but would it be easy to tell a VAM with these pictures? I'm not really up on VAMs, but was just wondering if my coin was "normal" or whatever. Thanks all! I figured it would be more beneficial to simply ask the question when I already have pictures of the Morgan up. If there are better pictures needed, could someone suggest a "coin camera" that can take really good close-up pictures? My own camera is actually messed up and I'm due for a replacement sometime. Thanks!

1886 P is all about date doubling. You'll need to post a good (sharp) close up of the date or get a 16x loupe and go to VAMworld and compare your date to the listings.
