A friend of mine dropped in with a scan of some us. and canadian coins taken with a digital camera.The scans are not very good and he did not take his coins for me to look at. Did you ever hear of a two headed 1893 Indian Head cent and a 1864 2 1/2 Indian Head cent. I googled it and did not come up with anything. If these are real I will ask him to bring them here and I will scan them.Usually I can get a quick response from the canadian collectors and experts.

From what I read, they both sound to be fantasy pieces made by somebody with a machine press in their garage

You guys are quicker than the canadian forum and I called my friend and informed him about the coins. He was a bit suspecious anyway as he googled them and got nothing as well.
