Penny Error Not Sure What To Call It

Hi I noticed this penny has what appear to be drip marks in between the pillars on the reverse. Also on the obverse it seems to be some kind of crack line coming out of the presidents nose.

What you see on the reverse is from a clash. I'm not exactly sure about the small crack on the obverse. Could be a small die crack

Could it be a counter clash because the presidents nose lines up with the reverse clash

The obverse is just stained and that is a die clash you see in the bays on the reverse.
