silverdollar2011 Valued Member United States 385 Posts	Posted 08/16/2012 7:12 pm hey guys, I need some approval on the grade of this coin, I bought it in a lot for only 10 dollars at a local sale and just knew right away that it is extremely rare. I'm thinking XF Condition as there are no scratches and all of the details are present, what do yall think? Please let me know, thanks so much in advance! I would say VF, possibly a little better, VF+. I would say you're in the semi-high double digits with this one. Still much better than $10. I think you'll do well on ebay. Wade Pillar of the Community Canada 2781 Posts	Posted 08/17/2012 11:44 pm anyone else concerned about the pitted surface (lots and lots of little "freckles"), could just be corrosion but being a key date could also be a copy. zoom in on the details really tight, looks like a very porous surface, like it was sand cast. Use ebay and current auction results to get a good price. Also I do not like the surfaces....looks corroded or something like that Report this Post to the Staff
