Hi

I have no catalogue that includes this coin and was wondering if someone could update me on recent catalogue values for coins in fine and very fine grades.

Thanks

See, I think that these old coins should be worth more, being at the age they are. I reckon you could buy more with a Farthing in 1799 than with £2 today. I suppose that they will stay at low prices until they become ancients... Pity really. That being said, if you sell in person I'm sure you can find some sucker willing to give you bigger bucks for it.

Thanks very much for the help

I paid $15 Australian which is perhaps a little more than its worth. I purchased it because of the history associated with it early Australian settlement so I'm not too fussed.

Thanks again
