What's an error for a weight of gold oz eagles?

Especially interested in 1/10th ...
My Chinese scales show the discrepancy of +0.017 gr or +0.005 oz from the mint stated weight ... is it a normal error considering the scales are good? (yeah, I know Chinese may have messed up with scales :)

Here is the coin.

bullion is normally a little over the stated weight. Not sure of the margin, but it should always be on the plus side.

The scale can also be off a little. If you have a standard weight, you can usually use that to calibrate the scale and get more accurate weights from it.
