I see a lamination with a large area of delamination.

pyrbob has it correct. Just want to add that some (if not all) of the peel occurred after it was minted.

I don't have an opinion, but I will tell you what the coin is.

It is a delamination with a little bit of a peel hanging on folded under at the edge. They are somewhat scarce, and ones like this could be attractive to an error collector, but they aren't worth very much.
