Hi I must have taken 15 pics of this 1982 s quarter it was given to me as change so it did reach circulation. But my point is the s def had doubling on the top curve without a doubt, I am just wondering if it may be PMD or md? and if it is md is it very collectible? Tx

I don't see anything in this pic. Often the proofs can shine in a way that might make something look doubled when it isn't. Good job finding a proof quarter in change though!

Machine Doubling is never collectible...and that's what you likely have, given my experience with Lincoln cents from that era. The mintmarks have some weird stuff going on from 1982-1984 and none of it is valuable because it's so common.
