This trip was awesome, not only did I get a nice tan, but I got some very nice coins.
First I visited Bangor and I found an awesome coin shop:I picked 8 coins from a box and the guy said $20, so I got these for $2.50 each: Belize 1976 10 Dollars proof: German States Birkenfeld 3 Pfennige 1848: Belgium 1837 5 centimes: Australia 1936 Penny: Hungary 1893 20 Filler: Portugal 1884 20 Reis: Canada 25 cents unknown date (still a great buy at $2.50 for a coin worth $5) Brazil 1893 200 Reis (Remarkable condition and some nice die breaks in Republica and 1893) Got these at melt for 8.44, so basically around $2.80 each: France 1811 1 Franc (My first Napoleon I coin ): German States Sayn-Wittgenstein-Wittgenstein 1655 4 Mariengroschen (My oldest identified coin so far, with quite remarkable detail, maybe my favorite coin of my collection): Mexico 1789 Charles IV 2 Reales: After, I bought a set of Mexico 10, 20 and 50 Pesos silver center coins from the Bank of Mexico for $24.85, melt is around $28: Mexico 1993 50 Pesos: Mexico 1993 20 Pesos: Mexico 1993 10 Pesos: Banco de Mexico Set: Then the manager gave us a free bag of 80 world coins, I only took 6 and gave the rest to my sisters: France 1943 Franc: China 1988 5 Fen: Iceland (Konungur Islands) 1942 2 Aurar: Iceland 1966 2 Kronur: Colombia 1959 2 Centavos: Belgium 1941 5 Francs (with legend in Dutch): Then we went to Atlantic city where I bought my first Morgan dollar for $25: Hope you enjoyed . It could really help if some experts could give me grade/value for the 1848 3 pfenninge, the 1655 4 mariengroschen, the Brazil 1893 200 Reis and the Mexican coin set. Also if anybody wants the name of the coin shop, I could give the name of it, really cool place!Thank you

For a while I thought I slipped into the World Forum. Some really neat looking coins. Quote: First I visited Bangor and I found an awesome coin shop:
I'm sort of poor on the locations of places. Where in the U.S. is Bangor? Or does U.S. stand for a place somewhere? Yet some nice coins.

Love the Brazilian 200 reis 1893. I also have one of these but in a somewhat lower grade (it even has a die crack in the date, but a different one - it connects the 8 to the rim). I think yours is the first example of the series I ever saw online without googling for it - so I'm very happy that it has the same date as mine! Fun fact (and much better visible in your grade than in mine): all five stars in the Southern Cross picture have different numbers of rays (top to bottom of your image, 6, 7, 5, 4, and 8).

Thanks! I'm surprised I got it in such good condition, no damage, wear and remaining luster. All the others I've seen are worn, damaged and dirty.
I think I'll post it in the World Coin Grading forum to see what condition it's in.
Thanks for the interesting fact :)

Well we didn't stay in the Bronx for long because my dad was scared of some of the bad neighbourhoods lol. But Manhattan was really nice, we had a great time in Times Square and Central Park and we had some nice Halal food from a cart, really delicious.

The only good thing in the Bronx is Yankee Stadium I love the food carts in the city, great food. We call the hot dogs "Dirty Water Dogs"

Yeah, I saw the stadium from the highway, but we didn't know which part of the city it was in so we didn't go. Also, you just made hungry for a hot-dog haha!

The Bronx is odd for some reason, around Yankee Stadium, it's nice; parks, shops, the whole 9 yards. But go a couple more blocks, it's horrible. Did you hit any coin shops in Times Square? Or how about Canal Street?

Never went to Canal Street, and my dad thought there was to much traffic to search for coin shops in the Square.
