This coin has been it's plastic holder for 60 plus yrs. It seems a little dull and I guess it is from the way it was stored. Please have at it.

Wonderful original color and great surfaces. The wingtips and a hair details on the front make me think AU55, but that might just be breaks in the color. I'm no expert with Peace dollars.

If MS, it's a lock for 64 and probably better. That one's a real keeper.

Dave, I really think it is a soft strike and would go MS. But, AU or MS, I am like you, a definite keeper. Especially considering it has been setting hidden for so long. I intend to enjoy it for a long time.
