Hi everyone please be patient with my many posts and questions, I do much reading about these coins but the visual stumps me. This seems to be an off center dime and though it is very worn may have original doubling IGWT, the date and mm. TX

An off centered error is struck without the collar present. On a dime it is the collar that applies the reeding so off centered dimes will have no reeding. If your dime has reeding then the obverse die was just a little misaligned but unless some of the design is off the coin there is no premium.

Yes it looks like a misaligned die, which is commonly confused with off-center strikes. This one may or may not be on the verge of saving, but if you don't have one in your collection yet, it is good to have a labeled example for reference. If you can spare 10 cents
