I can help you with the country, Ethiopia. I'm at work right now, and away from my books, so I cannot provide more detail.

It seems strange to me that your piece appears to be incuse; as far as I know no this type coins were issued like that. I wonder if it's a coin "byproduct".

I guess it's just an optical illusion. It totally seems that this coin is incuse. ... but if I stare at it long enough ... it may be just too worn.

no its not fake its mine and I brushed it be cause it was green and dirty what do you mean its too worn?!

Nobody said it was fake, they said it was incuse. Incusse means the image goes inwards instead of outwards.

That is a classic optical illusion, to me it lookss like it comes out but if I look at it a different way I could fool myelf into thing it goes in.

As for "too worn" compare the coin to the picture that coinaholic posted. There are many details worn away from the OP coin... hair is usually a very good indicator of wear as it can lose its details quite easily, and most of the details of the outer ear have been lost from the original coin too.
