Hello:

Can anyone give me a link to the grading of KG VI Crowned portrait. I have a bunch of Newfoundland silver that I am looking to grade. I've scoured the net and my manuals but only find KGVI uncrowned info.

Thanks much!

Thank you for your help. I don't know how many websites I have scoured! Hard to find references for these coins. Other countries have used the same crowned portarait, but no luck searching other that NFLD for them.

I hate to keep purchasing guides just to get info on one item, but it seems to be what we have to do.

This is one of the better 5 cent silver that I have. Seems that there should be gems on the crown's band. I think this should be a VF coin?

Thanks,
Steve

FYI...

Apparently, Canadian Grading does not include KGVI. I heard back from the retailer and cancelled the order.

Yes, it does. I also have a copy. It includes ALL the NFLD, NS, NB and PEI coinage.
