The left side is a 2012 magnetic penny and the right side is a 2012 non-magnetic penny, so it becomes a perfect farewell to the penny set.

So which one is more valuable and rare? Magnetic or non-magnetic? I have both roll.

Didn't these $20 for $20 Farewell to the Penny coins just go on sale? How did you get yours already? I just ordered mine like 15 minutes ago. Probably won't see it for months.

Those that had subscriptions started receiving them two weeks ago. They weren't on the RCM's website or announced at all. They just showed up in the mail.

I got mine on August 9th.

I think many people receive their coins in this forum.

I use glue gun to stick these two penny on the collector card. There is a horizontal line on the collector card, so you can keep 3 coins on a straight line.

There is a $20 for $20 subscription. Subscribers started getting them in the last two weeks. Got mine last week.

Ahh, I see. I'm pretty sure that I set up a subscription for at least one with the last $20 for $20 I bought, but a co-worker wanted to take advantage of my method for saving on shipping so I ordered another one.

Anything I buy from the RCM has to go through my sister-in-law in Toronto. Saves on shipping to send to her instead of down to me in the States. That's why I said I won't receive mine for months. We go there or they come here only about 4 times a year.
