Another coin from my father in law via someone with the initials TS who decided they needed to stake their claim to it. Any opinion on grade and/or value would be appreciated.

Looks to be a Maris 59-o (rare); my opinion.
Your father-in-law gave you some nice Colonials!

Thanks for the reply and info on the type (Maris 59-o). I earlier took a pic of a Fugio that had too much artificial lighting and thought it was worth providing a picture of this coin with natural lighting (the horse head appears clearer I believe). Sorry for the noob error.
Here is what the Nova Caesarea looks like outdoors in the shade at around 11:30am this morning.

Hope this will give you guys something more realistic to examine.
