Most graders (including the ones at PCGS) use a 10x power loupe. The brand that they use is up to them. Other than that, the best way to determine the "PCGS Grade" is to send your coins into PCGS to get graded. I hope this answered your question.

For examining coins closely, a 10x loupe is the best way to go.
Sometimes, but not often, I will use my 15x gemcutter's loupe. The higher magnification, the narrower the depth of field.

Fortunately for me, my eyes have degraded equally with age in terms of ability to focus closely, and are still in reasonbable balance. I take advantage of this and use 4x glasses from a cut price store. This gives me the ability to examine coins reasonably closely, leaving both hands free.
Very useful at coin shows, live auctions, and at coin dealers shops.
