Here's a couple of Portugesa 50 Centavos, 1966 & 1927. The 1927 appears to be silver, but I can't tell about the '66.

the 1927 is Km#577 Portugal 50 centavos is Copper Nickel mintage of 2,330,000
and the the 1966 is Also Copper Nickel KM# 577 - mintage 6,088,000

1927 price range is Fine-$2.50, Vf-$12.50, EF-$75.00

and 1966- very Fine-$0.25, EF- $1.00, and Unc-$ @.50

Too bad the condition on these 2 aren't reversed. I can't grade the 1927 much above G, but can put the 1966 easily into VF.

AH! trdhrdr007. Portuguese 50 Centavos, one of my favourite coins, but I don't really now why. There is something I just like about these coins. I have 10 in my collection including the 1927. You can view them in my gallery if you like.
