My dad went shopping for groceries and checked Coinstar a couple days ago. He found free money, plus 7 90% Silver Quarters, in the reject bin! He always checks Coinstar for me. He gave them to me to keep, since he's not a coin collector. Outstanding!  |

My CoinStar luck remains the same. At least there was something in the reject tray this time.  Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Found some loose change - two ATB Quarters under the machine, but the real star of the show was a damaged 1945-S Mercury dime in the reject slot! It was right next to a plastic play money dime. Edited by CalzoneManiac

The two ATBs were a 2012 Acadia and a 2021 Tuskegee Airmen. I also got a few zinc cents and a 1980-D copper to go in my copper jar.
