I've contacted sellers to see if they'd split up the lot, but they never do. I don't mind paying a premium for a coin I want, but when I have to get a bunch of coins that I'd never be able to sell, it makes it difficult. Report this Post to the Staff

Sometimes you get the unexpected gem in coin lots. I bought this the other day for a bit over spot when I bought it but now it is less than spot There is 1 hard to get coin in there "1915 florin" I also noticed a 1927 Canberra florin ( My favorite coin)So I am happy so far ( I haven received the coins yet)There may be other gems in here http://www.ebay.com/itm/26108395972....m1497.l2649 Report this Post to the Staff

But IF there was that one rare coin in there by chance I would definitely take a stab at it. But MOST average sellers are getting a smidgin bit smarter now, with at least "googling" rare coins and values.... Report this Post to the Staff
