Maybe it's the photography, but many don't look like proofs.

in the first picture I can see how some may not look like proofs but when you look at the close up shots of the rows of coins you can see that they more than likely are. I believe the price is fair also if this is a set you are wanting to put together

I'd just grab them. The pics aren't very good though
