Canadian coins and currency here in Toronto Ontario's president was on the shopping channel Friday-Sunday 3 times a day, he was selling everything from full sealed boxes of 2012 pennies for 200$ all the way to every type of bank note ever made for 12-30000$ dollars!

he had a set of 30 pre 1930 bank notes (3$, 4$ denominations) he had 100 sets put together and was selling them for 7900$ each, it started with "100 left" and in a matter of 2 minutes he sold out, it's crazy to think people can just spend that much at one time! so now is my question for you! (post pictures if you can)

what is the SINGLE most valuable item in your collection! it can be most expensive price paid, anything!

Holy smoke swrbxxx! I knew you had a stash...but that's ridiculous!

Personally, I have a +100 year old medal that is worth a good couple hundred.

@swrbxxx - I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess.... COPPER!

The coin I paid the most for is a 1893 10c Obv 6, Round Top 3 PCGS XF45 with a 1966 $1 small beads ICCS MS63 and a 1953 5c NSF NL Missing Chrome CCCS EF40 running close second and third. However the most valuable to me is a UK 1943 3d coin that was the very first coin I actually bought. Just so I could say 'Thruppence!' to my young daughters. (I was born in England but moved to Canada before I was 2).
