On a similar theme I found the 10c below on the path to the playground down the road. It's distinctly copper in appearance but obviously just coloured due to exposure. The colour doesn't wash off either. If I was a low-life I'd put it up on ebay and see if I could make a quick buck out of it. Report this Post to the Staff

Basil Pillar of the Community Australia 1041 Posts	Posted 09/16/2012 09:32 am There is a note added at the bottom of the listing that he is withdrawing coin from sale,but its still there.I have a 2001 Federation 50c somewhere that is a copper colour,i was told many years ago its from being on the floor of a car and tainted from the rubber or carpet mat & moisture.
