Numismaster doesn't have a listing for this, (and I can't say that I blame them either), but I'm assuming the Krause have something for it. It's a whopping 116 gr + 65 mm.

Cook-Islands-$5.00-2007
Thanks
Bob

Cook Isl., as well as other "shady" authorities, have a lot of "unofficial coins" on the market lately, which are hard to trace to a particular mint or to get any minting info.

Would it come as an earth shattering surprise to find the greasy paw prints of Westminster mint all over this?

They produce vast heaps of NCLT and "collector's" coins, coupled with sales practises which some regard as unfair.
