Zonad Pillar of the Community Canada 1472 Posts	Posted 09/17/2012 10:41 pm You should know that for a period of time in 2005 and 2006 ICCS was grading coins taken from uncirculated sets from about 1995 and up and calling them high grade MS without the Numismatic BU comment.
