Can anyone tell me where to get a coin holding key chain (empty)? I see them and they look so great!

You can buy a coin-sized bezel online from some coin dealers or jewelers. Then all you need is a bit of chain and a key ring. And maybe pliers....

i like that idea but man that keychain has got to be heavy. Did you know you can damage the ignition of your car if the keychain is to heavy, it can pull the ignition out eventually. I think a key chain for say a Buffalo nickel or maybe a Standing Liberty quarter would be as heavy as I'd want to go.

That's OK, I once drilled a hole in a 78 Ike to put on a key chain. The only problem was it was to heavy and I had to take it off.

ebay has 41 listed under the criteria "coin bezel key chain"

"coin bezel" returns several thousand, but most are for necklaces.

"Bezel" is the key word you need if you search elsewhere.

Why waste money buying those things when you could do as others do and just drill holes in the coins. Or if you have access to an Arc Welder, simply weld a clasp onto the coins. Or weld a key to a coin and then to a chain and now you have both the key chain and the key all in one.
The main thing is to do it with a coin noted as rare.
All of the above would make you a hunted person possibly.
And one more idea. Put your coins in an Album, drill a hole in the top of the Album, put a chain threw the hole and you now have a key chain.
