Your 1952 Philly mint Washington-Carver has a net mintage of 2,006,292 coins ... making this one of the most available classic silver commemorative out there.
Impossible to judge luster by the photo ... so with that key grading element removed I offer an opinion that this coin may well have been circulated ...
Grades somewhere between AU55 to MS63 depending on remaining luster. If true luster exists I say MS63.
I could offer an opinion on value ... but I'll withhold that for GTP.
