I grabbed a cash for $0.50 at a coin show recently.
It was a Chinese Empire Ch'ing Dynasty Cash from the Kwangtung Province(1890-1908).

China 1 cash, Dao guang tong bao, Chihli province (Dao-guang 1821-1851 )


Edit - Fuzzy was, I think, nearly right though I think the reverse shows Chihli Provence - it's pretty worn though.

Different "translations" of the symbols come from different sources.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I think the mint is Boo-gui (Kue Kwangsi).

It looks like C# 18-3 or C# 18-3.1.
