OH165FX-5a, R-5.

Reverse (storecard #) 1042, (patriotic #)75.

Engraved by the firm John Stanton, James Murdock Jr., and William W. Spencer - 139 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH.

Stanton was the firm's owner, therefore all engravings are "officially" attributed to him.

Stanton's firm produced storecards for 440 merchants in 12 states.

Interestingly, the firm is still in business, operating under the name Osborne Coinage Co.
