Those look pretty nice. There were some 1971-D Ikes that were struck on proof planchets, so if any look more proof-like than usual, you might have one of those. Is the last one a friendly eagle variety?

Not from a new member. These look like MS-65 or MS-65+. The second one has a nice die clash.

I am a certified Ike lover but unless you are 100% sure they are MS65+ or MS66, they are not worth submitting. Just my opinion.

kind of look cleaned from the pics, can't really tell though... I agree 66+ or higher would be only reason to send or if they are a better variety in high grade...

I have gone through thousands of Ike over the years and these appear to me to be very high quality... expecting MS66 or better - will submit a group and post results when known.

Here's a thought: You can start putting some of them on here to sell as raw, use the proceed to pay for the submitting cost for the other coins.... when you get them, you can decide to sell some of those to fund your other coins purchase.... it's a good feeling to share a good find with fellow collectors and get some proceed for more coins.
Note: You will need 50 quality posts to post a want list (a list of coins you want, which when respond, you can offer these IKE or any other coins for a trade). You will need 250 quality posts to post an offer list (a list of coins you have available for trade). So, hang around and you will meet those requirements in no time.
Congratulation on those great find. You are in Michigan area and found those D IKE.... that's just very lucky.

Thanks all for the comments. I will be submitting about 10 Ikes... there were some really nice coins in this hoard... also found a Uncirculated (likley MS63) 1972 Type II and many peg legs, talon heads etc. Great fun.

They appear to be at least MS65, so I'd get them graded. Nice die clash on the reverse of #2.

Windy. When you send certain Ikes in for grading obviously keep this particular thread posted of the results both in written and visual(if possible) formats. The attached snipet shot of the second photo down illustrates an abnormal area of interest in the field adjacent to the posterior side of Eisenhower's head. Because I am constantly learning to more accurately differentiate PMD from a true variety/error it would greatly appreciated if you could include this specific coin as one of the lucky Ikes chosen to be sent off to the TPG. Thanks mdpmedia

MDP, You note the die polish lines. This coin is one of those being submitted... will follow with grades and image of graded coins.
