I think this is a 1981 souvenir set from Denver mint.
Does it carry a higher premium than reg mint sets?
Are mint set coins that have been busted out of their plastic wrappers considered regular biz strikes? It is my understanding that proofs can be spotted in circulation, but I do not see how mint set coins can be differentiated.

Souvenir sets are not as high of quality as the regular mint sets. They are interesting because they are made on normal presses under normal operating conditions and then quality specimens are selected for the sets. Mintages of these was very low and attrition is very high so if they ever become widely collected they might get substantial set premiums.

Regular mint set coins individually can not be positively distinguished from normal production so are considered to be normal business strikes. They are generally higher quality and frequently far higher quality.

No real premium but a "mint" product. I say it's a keeper.

Any so called Uncirculated coin from the Mint once in circulation will look like any other coin. Even many proofs that get into circulation eventually start looking like any other coin. The more a coin gets circulated, the more it just looks like a coin.
