If I'm understanding what I'm reading correctly online, there are multiple years for each AH date. i.e. 1327/1 is one year, 1327/2 is another, etc... I did find one coin that was referenced as AH 1327/3 which was listed as 1909 if that helps. I am still looking though.

The year on the coin is 1327 strictly speaking.
It is KM# 306.
It's 1 Qirsh. Value-wise, it's not worth much.
Made in the Muhammad V reign from 1909-1914 AD. The coin's year is 1909 in that this was the year the ruler came to the throne.
The 6H suggests it was the sixth year of his reign. Thus, it's probably from 1914. If you want details on how this dating works, let me know.

Thank you all, the question is how does one know which date this coin is as there seems to be no indication on there to which date it belongs, eg. AH 1327 2H?...3H?....4H?...6H? meaning to say how does one differentiate from date to date?
Thank you all again

The year-of-reign part of the date is given above the mint-name on these coins. In this case, the number is "6", making the coin (KM# 306) 1913 AD.
As an aside, these coins were struck in Birmingham (which is why the Krause lists it as being "6H" - giving the lie to the literal translation of the Arabic wording: "Struck in Egypt".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Hi Sinbad The coin is 1 Qirsh of the Ottoman Empire (AH1327) km#306 made of copper-nickel. 1ST PIC: the writing says "Struck in Egypt" or in arabic "Doriba fi Misr" the number below the writing is the year when the ruler started to rule which is (1327 AH) (1909 AD), the number above the writing which is 6 indicates what year of reign is.Thus the coins date is (1333 AH)(1914 AD) I know it seems wiered why did I add 5 years and not 6? there is 11 days difference between both years, the H=354 days while the AD=365 days. So every 33 years there is a complete 1 year difference. 2nd PIC:Is the name of the ruler written in the Ottoman Hand writting (Kofi)of the Arabic language, the number below is the denomination which is 1 and the symbol below it means quirsh. Regarding the value of the coin as much as I know F=2, VF=4, XF=8 AND UNC=28 US$ I hope this helps

Looks like you found your answers. As far as where I found my info, Google, Google, Google. Usually putting in the AH date will yield ebay auctions from some part of the world. Most of the time in the listing it will state the actual AD year....
