Here is a Type II 3CS that I am considering as my 7070 representative, this one has some character rather than the flash of the Type I previous. Some call it the "crusty" look...and a nice evident die clash! What do you think NGC had to say about this one?

I will go with EF-45. It has a nice original look.

I think it's gorgeous. I'm not versed at grading the series, but I would have gone high AU55. I think it'd be a great addition to a 7070

Great coin. Light wear. I would be in the AU range. Still think the other 3cp you posted was undergraded.
